Random Thought: STOP LYING!

I was just sitting back thinking about why people tell their kids that they are related to people they are not related to. There is no such thing as a play cousin. I think that parents should keep it real with their kids as far as who they are related to and how they are related. How do you think a kid would feel if they went to school telling everyone they are related to a specific person and the other person totally denies it and tells everyone that you are not related. Did you ever stop to think about your child's feelings as far as now being viewed as a liar and could be very disappointed that you did not tell them the truth. I have personally seen this happen to a kid I know. Stop claiming everyone that isn't claiming you. Stop lying saying you are related to someone that is telling people they are not related to you.
