With sister Khloe in tow, the elder Kardashian visits a plastic surgeon for the procedure — and she even opts not to use the numbing cream.  "I think I can handle it," Kim says in the video below. "I have a really high tolerance for pain."

Having a more difficult time with the procedure is needle-phobic Khloe, who continually makes fun of her sister.  "I don't even know why I brought Khloe along with me," Kim complains. "I mean, she's just making all this noise and she's freaked out about the needles, and I just want her to shut up and just be supportive."
