And if you thought her careers in reality shows, boutique owning, candle making, nightclub appearing and clothing, jewelry and fragrance design didn't pay, think again! Kim Kardashian is dropping a whopping $4.8 million on the five-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home.

The 4,000-square-foot digs also feature a media room, a pool, an outdoor living and dining room, dark hardwood floors and a two-story entry. It also sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and has ample privacy features to keep away the pesky paparazzi.

"She liked that it was walled and gated," an inside source tells us. "It's just sexy. It's a very, very sexy house."

And don't worry, this doesn't mean Reggie Bush won't be moving in. The Super Bowl champ was present throughout the home-buying process.
