Beyonce Concert - Fireworks Mishap

Beyonce made a surprise visit in an emergency room Sunday after her St. Louis show — two people were injured at the concert when pyrotechnics spilled into the front row. Darryl Williams, head nurse at the hospital, told that Beyoncé, who met with the victims for 45 minutes, "was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience.
